1. Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

  • Personal Data: This includes your email address, which you provide during account sign-up or communications with us.
  • Non-Personal Data: This includes usage data such as user journey details, step-by-step interactions, intents, walkthroughs, query text, and screenshots of the steps performed during your use of the Service or the Sage Peregrine Chrome Extension.
  • Extension-Specific Data: When using the Chrome Extension, we may collect data about the web pages or web applications you interact with (including URLs and titles), interface events (such as clicks, highlights, or field interactions), and contextual screen captures (screenshots). These screenshots are processed via our AI to interpret your user journey and generate relevant guidance or documentation. Screenshots are only captured when explicitly triggered by you or by the workflow process you initiate.

2. How We Collect Data

We collect data through several means, including:

  • When you create an account and provide your email address.

  • When you upload or share screenshots or other journey data as part of the walkthroughs and real-time support process.
  • When you use the Chrome Extension, which may access and capture screenshots of your current browser tab to assist in understanding your actions and generating walkthrough steps. These captures are processed using AI and are never used for advertising or profiling.
